Before doing Advanced Core Workout, please fold the both sides of sponge arm. First , hold
the sponge arm and lift it a little higher. Then push the knob to inner side, so that you are
allowed to fold the sponge arm. If the knob is too tight to push to inner side, please lower
the resistance and try again.
Please tie up your sponge arm with enclosed
