Once the vehicle enters the idling condition, the
intelliGO indicator starts blinking instead of glowing
and engine stops after predetermined time.
The intelliGO indicator starts glowing during the
engine stop to indicate you that the vehicle has
stopped due to ‘intelliGO’ system.
The head lamp brightness will be reduced to 50%
after 30 seconds from when the engine is stopped
by ‘intelliGO’ system to improve the battery life and
to avoid battery drain. All other DC system will work
normally. After 4 mins of vehicle stop, the head lamp
will get ‘OFF’ completely. This is an indication that
the restart of vehicle from stop condition by applying
Brake and Throttle is about to be deactivated.
The vehicle stopped by ‘TVS intelliGO’ system
can be restarted at any time within 5 mins from
the stop of the vehicle by intelliGO feature in a
simple way of applying Brake and Throttle.
Deactivation of ‘intelliGO’ system:
‘Idle start stop’ system will be deactivated if the
intelliGO switch is positioned at ‘ ’ position.
If the ISG malfunction indicator or MIL indicator is
‘ON’ then the intelliGO system will not work not get
activated.
If there is 5 unsuccessful start of the vehicle either
by electric start or by intelliGO restart method in one
ignition key ‘ON’ cycle then the intelliGO will not get
activated.
If vehicle is not restarted within 5 mins from idle
stop, then intelliGO will be deactivated.
Prolonged idling:
When vehicle is in idling with the engine temperature
high enough to maintain stable engine idling rpm and
the intelliGO switch is in ‘ ’ position, then the
intelliGO will be activated.
When ‘TVS intelliGO’ is enabled, the intelliGO lamp
glows for 5 seconds and then blinks for predetermined
time and then the engine stops.
intelliGO lamp will glow after vehicle has stopped
due to this feature. By applying Brake and Throttle the
engine can be restarted again.
Ensure that the brake free play is adjusted and it is within
the limit for the proper working of ‘TVS intelliGO’.
Vehicle can be started at any point of time using ‘electric
start’ or ‘kick start’ when the engine is stall condition and
the ignition key in ‘ON’ condition.
