In the Audio Output Settings window click on the ‘Connect with Audio’ drop down menu.
This displays all valid audio Input and Output channels.
To monitor an Output -
Select the Output to be monitored and click on OK. The AES
Output Settings window will disappear and the button will turn Amber, indicating that a
direct connection has been made. The selected Output will now be present on AES1 and
will remain assigned until deselected using ‘NULL’. AES1 is then excluded from normal
Matrix routing as it has been configured as a direct connection and secure.
To monitor an Input -
Select the Input to be monitored and click on OK. The AES
Output Settings window will disappear and a green line will link the selected Input to
AES1, indicating that a direct connection has been made. The selected Output will now
be present on AES1.
