Why IP Cam system can not install
automatically?

Please insert the install CD in the
CD-ROM and make sure that
CD-ROM is working properly.

Double-click the IP Cam system icon
to make it start to install.
How to adjust camera’s angel of view
when I screw it in the light fixture
already?

CLJ 100L allows users to slightly
adjust the camera’s angel of view.
Try to revolve back (up to 300
degree) for slightly adjusting the
camera’s view angel. Please refer to
1.4.2 Physical Connection.
What can I do if the camera can not fit
the light fixture or the camera is covered
by the hood of the lamp when screw it
into?

We provide camera extender as
accessory for your choice to extend
the length of the camera.
Why can’t I view the live video from IP
Cam Searcher?

Please check that PLC receiver is
being plugged in a power outlet and
Ethernet cable is connected to a
router exactly.

Please check that all physical
connections are correct and ready
to go.

Try to plug PLC receiver in other
power outlet.

Please check that PC’s firewall is off.

Please make sure that checking the
“Obtain IP Automatically”.

Please make sure that the Lan area
of IP camera is the same as that of
yours.
