Introduce the PLC and P2P
About PLC
You may use the existing power line at the home to deliver video
signal to broadband router via PLC Bridge and go through Internet.
With the advantage of PLC, the video signal can be delivered steady
and its transmission coverage is farther than Wi-Fi. Therefore, the
expensive cabling and installation costs are no longer required.
About P2P

IP camera will connected to P2P server automatically when go
through Internet. Then P2P server will do UDP hole punching to build
up connection with switch router that connected with IP camera.

After entering the default ID/Password, the surveillance device (PC)
will connect to P2P server automatically. Then P2P server will do
UDP hole punching to build up connection with switch router that
connected with surveillance device (PC).

P2P server will send the message to assigned IP camera based on its
corresponding ID/Password, then IP camera can be connected to
surveillance device (PC) directly through the switch routers that with
UDP hole punching implemented.
