Procedure
Measure the blanking current
1.
Connect the Opti-Trace fluorometer to the Power Supply and Digital Multimeter
as shown below.
2.
Using a syringe, inject a sample of the de-ionized water through the Luer-Lock.
Measure the output current of the sensor (equal to the blank current). Note the
reading in Table 1 as indicated.
