Garantie
Auf TURMIX Elektro-Haushaltgeräte gewähren wir eine Garantie von 2 Jahren ab Kaufdatum. Wir
verpflichten uns zum kostenlosen Ersatz derjenigen Teile des Apparates, die infolge Material-
oder Fabrikationsfehler in der Garantiezeit schadhaft werden. Rücksendungen sollen in der
Originalverpackung oder gleichwertig verpackt erfolgen. Bei unsachgemässer Behandlung oder wenn
von Drittpersonen Eingriffe vorgenommen werden, erlischt die Garantie. Beschädigungen, die einer
normalen Abnützung unterworfen sind, fallen nicht unter Garantie.
Bitte bewahren Sie Ihre Kaufquittung sorgfältig auf, sie gilt als Garantienachweis.

TURMIX garantit ses appareils électroménagers pendant 2 ans à compter de la date d'achat. Pendant la
période de garantie, nous remplaçons gratuitement les pièces de l'appareil qui s’avéraient défectueuses
du fait d’un défaut de matière ou de fabrication. L'appareil doit nous être renvoyé dans son emballage
d'origine ou un emballage de protection équivalente. Tout recours au titre de la garantie sera exclu en
cas d'utilisation non conforme de l'appareil et en cas de réparation effectuée par des personnes non
autorisées. Sont exclus de la garantie les dommages dus à l'usure normale de l'appareil.
Pour faire valoir vos droits de garantie, conservez impérativement votre ticket de caisse qui
sera exigé comme preuve d’achat.

Sui suoi elettrodomestici TURMIX concede una garanzia per i 2 anni successivi alla data d'acquisto. Ci
prendiamo a carico la sostituzione gratuita dei pezzi dell'apparecchio che durante il periodo di garanzia
hanno subito danni conseguenti a difetti di fabbrica o di materiali. L'invio dell'apparecchio deve essere
effettuato nell'imballaggio originale o di pari efficienza. La garanzia decade in caso di uso improprio
dell'apparecchio o se vengono effettuate riparazioni da terzi non autorizzati. Danni dovuti a normale
usanza dell'apparecchio, sono esclusi dalla copertura.
Conservare lo scontrino d'acquisto valevole come prova di garanzia.

Warranty
Our TURMIX electrical household appliances carry a warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase. We
undertake to replace, free of cost, any parts of the appliance that get damaged as a consequence of
material or manufacturing defects during the warranty period. Return shipments should be packed
in the original packing or something equivalent. In case of improper handling or in case repairs are
attempted by third parties, the warranty is rendered null and void. Damage due to normal wear do not
fall under the warranty.
Please preserve your receipt carefully, it serves as the warranty certificate as well.
