Check “Polled” box; enter 7 for “Input Size” and 6 for “Output
Size”. Leave “Poll Rate” as it is and click OK. Module is ready
to be mapped to “Input” and “Output” data map.
13. Input Data Mapping:
Click on “Input” t ab that will display the following:
Highlight node 04, press “Options”, select “Word Align” and
press OK:
Select memory location where input data will be mapped.
1747-SDN scanner supports mapping into two regions:
a) Discrete input region (31 words) that is directly
accessible by PLC ladder logic:
b) M1 file region (150words) that must be copied to PLC
data tables
Example shows mapping of node A (node 4) of the spanner
module to M file starting from word 2. There are 7 bytes of
memory map reserved for node 4.
