another telephone unit. The unit rings. Pick up the handset or
press [ ΜΕΓ ] key to have intercom conversation. In parallel
phones the call can be made in the same way.
b) When the phone is ringing, use one of the parallel phones to
answer. Press ”*” and the paging number that was set in

press [ ΜΕΓ ] key to answer the incoming call.
Notice: Please use the same series of phones to intercom and
transfer as mentioned above. If a different phone is connected,
you can only transfer calls from the other phone to this phone
and intercom is not possible. If the paging number has been set,
anti ‐ steal dialing function will not work. Any special services
starting with “ * ” offered by your Telephone company may not
function properly. Please deactivate intercom function to use
these special services .To get the best effect of this function, you
should load the batteries before using.
Anti ‐ steal dialing function
With the handset on the base, press and hold #/= key for 3
seconds. The screen displays ‘’SPI ON’’ indication. Press and
hold #/= key again. The screen displays ‘’SPI OFF’’ indication.
After setting anti ‐ stealing dialing mode at ON state, when
someone wants to dial a number from the extension, the
extension emits “de ‐ de, de ‐ de” sound continuously and it is not
allowed to make a call.
