4. Fit the spool cover and spool back into the spool mounting ensure they click back into
position.
5. When you start the machine again the line will be cut to the perfect length automatically.
CAUTION: Cut pieces of nylon line should cause injury!
MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION:
NOTE: Before carrying out any maintenance operation, cut off the power supply by
removing the battery pack.
1. Regular cleaning and maintenance of your machine will ensure efficiency and prolong
the life of your machine.
2. After each cutting operation, take apart and clean out the grass and soil from: the spool
and its slot, the whole machine and in particular the guard.
3. During operation, keep the air vents clean and free of grass.
4. Only use a damp cloth and a soft brush to clean the machine.
5. Do not spray or wet the appliance with water.
6. Do not use detergents or solvents, as these could ruin the machine. The plastic parts
can easily be damage by chemical agents.
NOTE: The line-cutting blade is very sharp. Ensure that you avoid contact with the
blade while maintaining your machine
