The vibration level value given refers to basic application of the tool. If the
tool is used for other applications or with other tools, or if it is not
maintained properly, the vibration level may differ from the values
given. The above-mentioned causes may lead to higher exposure to
vibrations during the whole work time.
One must implement additional safety measures to protect the
operators from exposure to vibrations, such as maintenance of the
electric tool and work tools, assurance of proper hand temperature, or
determination of the sequence of work operations.

. When using an extension cord make sure its parameters and cable
cross-section meet the drill power requirements. Extension cords
should be as short as possible. When in use extension cords must be

Turning on/off
To turn the power tool on press its switch (
4
) button and keep it pressed.
To lock the switch in on position press the lock (
3
).
To turn the power tool off just release the switch (
4
) button or, when it is
locked with switch lock (
3
), press it for a moment and then release it.
n
Controlling the speed
By increasing or decreasing the pressure on switch (
4
) the user can
control the rotational speed steplessly.
Low pressure on the switch (
4
) results in low speed. Increasing the
pressure raises the speed.
n
Setting the speed
Using rotational speed control (
5
) the user can set a desired speed. It can
be done during operation.
Speed depends on the material drilled and working conditions and can
be determined by performing a test.
HANGING THE DRILL CHUCK
:
Prior to any work on the power tool unplug it from
the mains socket.
The chuck installed on a right-hand/ left-hand rotating drill is fixed with
a left-hand thread bolt. Prior to changing the drill chuck, undo the screw
using a Phillips type (Ph2) screwdriver inserting it from the front through
the chuck opening.
A left-hand thread screw can be undone only by turning it
clockwise.
To remove the chuck (
1
) put the drill on a stable surface, e.g. on a work
bench, apply a two-hole spanner (1
4
mm) to notches at the spindle. Hold
BEFORE YOU START:
the chuck with one hand and turn the spanner counterclockwise with the
other until the chuck is completely removed
(see Fig.
C
).
1. Make sure that power supply parameters meet the requirements
provided on the drill nameplate.
The drill chuck installation should be carried out in the opposite order.
2. Make sure the drill switch is in off position and switch lock (
3
) is
