Chapter 6:
Troubleshooting
If the UPS does not function properly, please check the
troubleshooting chart below. When the unit has to be returned
to the dealer for service, write down the information below:
- Model number and serial number
- Date of purchase
- Full description of the problem
Finally, pack the UPS in the original carton.
