This sander is designed to sand wood, metal, plastic and similar materials. It can
be used for repetitive sanding and fine-finish. Its size is ideal for medium jobs

• Before connecting the tool to the power outlet, adjust the
dust collector container into the dust extraction duct set in
the back side of the sander. Press and turn in a clockwise
direction.
• To get optimal dust extraction remove and empty the
container when half-full.
• Always use the container when sanding wood. Do not
use when sanding metal. The hot metal particles could
ignite residual wood dust or the inner pouch.
• To clean or replace the pouch, remove the container cap
to gain access to the inner pouch. Verify the pouch is
completely dry before installing it back.
• A vacuum cleaner adaptor can be used instead of the
dust collecting container to connect to the sander.
• Clean regularly the existing dust layers under the sand
paper in the base.
Dust Extraction
• Switch on the sander before setting it onto the work
piece.
• Hold the sander using both hands. One hand onto the
handle and the other one onto the front handle.
• Keep the sander base parallel to the work piece surface.
• Press downwards making circular movements onto the
work piece. Assure the full sand paper area is touching the
work piece.
• Exercise moderate pressure. Do not force the sander. Let
it work at a reasonable speed. It can overheat if exercising
too much pressure, thus diminishing the motor’s speed
and deliver insufficient sanding and possibly damaging the
sander motor.
• If after sanding the surface shows marks, sand again
using a rougher grain sand paper to eliminate the marks.
Replace the rough sand paper with the previous one and
finish sanding. Also, you can replace the worn sand paper
with a new sheet.
• Prevent the sand paper to totally wear out. Replace it
before it wears out.
