Sanding belt fitting
• Intermittent operation: Connect the plug to the power
outlet. Press switch (
A
) to run the sander. To stop it, just
release the switch.
• Continuous operation: Connect the plug to the power
outlet. Press switch ( A ) and block it by pressing the
continuous use button (
B
). To stop it, press and then
release the switch.
Turning on and operation
• To prevent dust getting accumulated in the sander
and the work place, use the dust collecting orifice with
the dust collecting pouch, or if necessary, with some
vacuuming device.

1. Pull the belt tension lever until it stops.
2. Use the belt with the required grain and set it straight
and centered around the rollers. Double check the arrow
in the inner side of the belt is pointing the same direction
as the sander’s arrow.
3. Push the lever until is back to its original position.
4. Start the sander to make the sanding belt run. While the
tool is in operation, but, with no contact with any surface,
turn the aligning knob until the belt is continuously
running in a straight way.
The sanding belt should be tightly
adjusted to the sander base. It shall not be loose or weak.
