The “Stop/Pause” button allows the user to pause the current workout or stop it altogether and begin a two minute
cooldown.
Workout Summary Screen:
At the end of a workout the Summary Screen will display an overview of the workout data (

exported to another device through the Bluetooth connection. Return to the Home Screen by touching “Home” (
