Assembly Procedure
Step 1: Mounting the seat to the seat base.
• Position seat onto the base. Use M5 bolts to
fasten in place.
Step 2: Mount the steering column & Steering
wheel
.
• Plug the two plugs into the two wires protruding
from the steering column. Plugs will only
fi
t
correctly as they are two di
ff
erent plugs.
• Use the four bolts in the chassis to bolt in
position.
Step 3: Attaching drawbar.
• Locate the drawbar assembly, complete with 1
7/8” coupling.
• Slide drawbar into receptacle near the seat. Push
all the way in.
• Check the ‘T’ locking pin and that the safety pin
are working correctly.
• To totally remove the drawbar from the machine,
you will need to carefully hold up the locking dog
underneath the machine. Hold it up to prevent
it from locking in the cut out and then slide the
drawbar completely out of the machine.
Step 4: Attaching wheels to trailer.
• Locate the two wheels for the left and right side
trailer axles.
• Remove wheel nuts from both hubs, slide wheels
onto hub with air valves facing outwards. Replace
wheel nuts and tighten securely.
• Ensure the taper on the nuts, mate into the wheel
tapers correctly.
• Check tires for the correct air pressure,
approximately 18-24psi. Do not exceed this
pressure. The tires act as the suspension, hence
the low P.S.I.
• Adjust and tighten the four allen head screws
holding the foot pedal plate in position.
