Setting the timer

Note

The device must not be left unattended in a freely
accessible room with an activated timer.

The timer allows to switch the device off automatically after a
preset number of hours.
The function can be set in addition in all operating modes. The
number of hours can be set in hourly increments (1 h to
max. 24 h).
Please proceed as follows to set the timer:

The device is switched on.

Timer

2. Repeatedly press the 

Up

 button (

) or the

Down

 button (

) to set the desired number of

hours (0 to 24).

ð

The set value flashes on the segment display for
approx. 5 seconds, then the relative humidity level is
displayed again.

ð

The   LED (

) is illuminated.

ð

The device switches off after the predefined time.

Info

If you are not sure to which number of hours the timer
has been set to, you can display the set value by briefly
pressing the 

Timer

 button.

Notes regarding automatic switch-off:

• Manually switching the device off disables the automatic

switch-off function.

• If you select 0 hours, the timer will be off.

Memory function

If you switch the device back on again, the settings selected for
the operating mode, the relative humidity level and fan speed
are saved. If a timer has been set, it will not be saved.
The device memorises the settings even during short power
failures. In this case, the device automatically switches back on.
The previous settings are saved except for the timer.

Auto stop function

Once the condensation tank is full, the device will stop
automatically. The   LED (

) is illuminated. Empty the

condensation tank as described in section 

Emptying the

condensation tank

.

Locking function

The locking function locks using the buttons on the control
panel.

1. Press the 

Timer

 button (

) for approx. 2 seconds to

activate the child lock.

The segment display indicates

Making inputs on the control panel is locked.

2. Press the 

Timer

 button (

) for approx. 2 seconds if you

want to deactivate the child lock function.

ð

The segment display indicates the relative humidity
level again.

ð

The buttons on the control panel are unlocked.

Indication of the room temperature

1. Press the 

Up

 button (

) for approx. 3 seconds.

ð

An acoustic signal is emitted and the room air
temperature flashes on the segment display.

ð

The

) is illuminated.

After approx. 5 seconds, the segment display indicates
the relative humidity level again.

Operation with hose attached to the condensation

connection

For continuous operation or unattended dehumidification, please
connect the supplied condensation drain hose to the device.

ü

The supplied hose (diameter = 10 mm) is ready for use.

ü

The device is switched off.

1. Remove the condensation tank.
