For better sound experience, it is recommended to place the headset
close to your ears and make them wrapped by the earcups.

For customize the full Sound Effect of Glary Gaming Headset, you can
download the latest ‘Tronsmart Glary Audio’ software (for Windows PC
only) by visiting: bit.ly/glarysound
You can personalize the EQ (equalizer), sound effects, virtual 7.1 surround
sound, and microphone management settings via the software. But
please note that it does not support customizable sound effects for your
MAC OS device.
Note: The Glary headset will reset to the factory default settings after
power off. It means when you power on the headset again, the LED light
and microphone function will be on, and the audio will become to
standard mode.
TROUBLESHOOTING
When using the headset, you may encounter the following exceptions,
such as unidentified after plugged, no sound heard when playing, etc.
Solution: The headset cannot be identified after plugged to the computer.
Check if it is plugged well or contact well. If it is well-contacted and the
colorful LED light is on, use the computer to debug it. Locate Sounds and
Audio Devices in Control Panel. Double click it and then click the Audio.
Select Audio Debugging USB Output and click OK. Restart your computer
and then you can use the headset.
CAUTION
To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels
for long periods. Do not use headset during riding or driving.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
To clean the Tronsmart Glary Gaming Headset use a lightly dampened
cloth in water to clean the exterior if it gets dirty. Do not use any form of
detergents or cleaning material to clean the product as any type of
chemical may make the device unusable. Do not disassemble this
product. It contains no user serviceable parts. Do not drop or jump on it
and treat it with care for the best performance. Keep the product in a dry
location. Dust, dirt & moisture from humidity can accumulate on the body
of the product if kept at an unfriendly place. Do not dispose this product
in the fire, batteries may explode or leak.
