Step 6:
- Connection of the steel cables:
o
Route and fix according to the following diagram of the steel cable
connection
o
Raise the carriages on both sides approximately 800mm above the
ground
o
BOTH CARRIAGES MUST BE ON THE SAME HEIGHT FROM
THE FLOOR
o
Make sure that the mechanical safety locks in each post are fully
engaged before attempting to rout the cables
o
After the cables being fixed, adjust and make the cables at both
sides be with the same tightness which could be judged by the
sound emitted during the lifting process
o
Make necessary adjustments after trial runs
o
MANDATORY: lubricate the lift after installation
