5. ASSEMBLY STEPS

STEP 8

•

Thread the Butterfly Cable (65) through the brackets of unit as shown in the diagram.

•

Attach one end of Butterfly Cable (65) to Right Adjustable Plate (16) using one 3/8” x 1-1/2” Hex Bolt (73), one 3/8” Washer

(90) and one 3/8” Lock Nut (85).

•

With Butterfly Cable (65) in groove of Pulley (54), install Pulley (5) into Single Pulley Bracket (23) using one 3/8” x 2”

Hex Bolt (74), two 3/8” Washers (90) and one 3/8” Lock Nut (85).

•

With Butterfly Cable (65) in groove of Pulley (54), install Pulley (6) into top of Intersect Pulley Bracket (25) using one

3/8” x 2” Hex Bolt (74), two 3/8” Washers (90) and one 3/8” Lock Nut (85).

•

With Butterfly Cable (65) in groove of Pulley (54), install Pulley (7) into Single Pulley Bracket (23) using one 3/8” x 2”

Hex Bolt (74), two 3/8” Washers (90) and one 3/8” Lock Nut (85).

•

Attach one end of Butterfly Cable (65) to Left Adjustable Plate (15) using one 3/8” x 1-1/2” Hex Bolt (73), one

3/8” Washer (90) and one 3/8” Lock Nut (85).
