Dolito Bedienungsanleitung / Operators Manual

Contraindication

Indication

Dolito was designed for pain-therapy and can be used without any help.

Nerve Stimulation:
- Increase release of bodily endorphins (PRG 3, 4,)
- Relief or elimination of pain, for instance in the case of:

Cervical spine pain (PRG 1, 2, 4)
Thoracic spine pain (PRG 1, 2, 4)
Lumbar spine pain (PRG 1, 2, 4)
Arthritis (PRG 1, 2, 4)

Sporting accidents (PRG 1, 2, 4)

Circulation problems (PRG 1, 2)
Neuralgia (PRG 1, 4)
Myalgia (PRG 2, 4)
Scar and phantom pain (PRG 2, 3, 4)
Fracture pain (PRG 1, 2, 4)
Pelvic floor muscle pain (PRG 1, 2, 3, 4)

Dolito may under no circumstances be used in the following cases:
Patients with a pace maker as functional disturbances can occur
The Dolito is not suitable for use in the presence of flammable anesthetic
mixtures with air or with oxygen or nitrous oxide.
Patients with myocard damages (damage to the cardiac muscle) or arrhythmia
(inconsistent heart beat)
When operating machinery with a potential of danger
Patients with epilepsy
When inflammation of the vagina, anus or urinary tract is present (probes)
Patients with febrile illnesses or infectious diseases

Please pay unconditional attention to the following basic rules:
Do not stimulate transcerebral (via the head)
Do not stimulate via the Carotis-Sinus-Nerve (carotid artery)
Do not stimulate in the area of the Sinus knot (heart)
Do not stimulate on the Bulbous (eye)
Do not stimulate in the Larynx-Pharynx-Area (mouth & neck)
Do not stimulate in places with skin defects or broken skin
Do not position the electrodes directly on the spine
