1. Toujours jouer à ce jeu en
compagnie de votre chat.
2. Choisir le bon moment pour
commencer le jeu: quand
votre chat est bien éveillé, et
prêt à jouer. Ne pas débuter le
jeu après le repas. Alternative-
ment, vous pouvez alimenter
les gobelets pendant qu’il joue,
en remplaçant les friandises
par sa nourriture sèche. Cela
prévient une suralimentation
et rend son moment de repas
attractif et agréable.
3. Placez le jeu à un endroit où
votre chat est bien détendu et
pas dérangé.
4. Asseyez vous près de votre
chat et observez son calme et
sa fine détection. Essayez
d’éviter de le regarder
fixement, cela pourrait retenir
son enthousiasme.
5. Pour motiver votre chat au
départ, utilisez des friandises
spécialement adaptées pour
lui.
6. Aidez votre chat à maitriser le
jeu, pour qu’il soit motivé. Il
est important, particulière
ment au début, qu’il “gagne”
ses friandises rapidement,
pour garder du jeu une
experience positive pour une
prochaine fois.
7. Bien que les chats soient
joueurs par nature, il arrive
que quelques uns ne sachent
plus jouer. Ceux ci auront
besoin de réapprendre avec
patience le jeu.
8. Les chats sont d’excellents
observateurs et imitateurs, et
la plupart pourront parfaite-
ment apprendre en regardant
faire.

Les chats réagissent aux
nouveaux jouets de manière très
différente. Beaucoup d’animaux
jouent, dès le début, avec grand
intérêt aux jeux „Cat Activity“.
D’autres doivent d’abord s’y
habituer. Ils ignorent tout
d’abord le jouet pour ensuite s’y
intéresser quand même, plus
tard, avec enthousiasme. Par
ailleurs, il y a des chats qui
aiment se concentrer pendant
un long moment sur le jeu
pendant que d’autres préfèrent
jouer moins longtemps et plus
souvent. Quel que soit le
chemin que votre chat choisisse,
laissez-lui le temps de se
pencher sur le jeu de manière
autonome.

L’entraînement peut
commencer
1. Pour la première fois, utilisez
un gobelet seulement, pour
que votre chat se concentre
uniquement sur celui-ci
(vous mettrez le second au
jeu suivant). Enlevez
également le couvercle.
2. Remplissez le gobelet avec
quelques friandises que votre
chat peut voir et entendre
facilement. Tournez le gobelet
rempli avec votre doigt
jusqu’à ce que des friandises
tombent sur la base de cones.
Attendez que votre chat ait
trouvé et mangé les
friandises. Rechargez le
gobelet et laissez votre chat
essayer à nouveau.
3. Si votre chat est impatient ou
abandonne rapidement, faites
tomber quelques friandises
entre les cônes sur la base.
Cela lui apportera une
experience positive pour
continuer avec Turn Around.
4. Commencez le jeu suivant en
retournant le gobelet sur
lui-même, dès que votre chat
fera l’effort, même le plus
petit, de tourner le gobelet.
5. Progressivement, réduisez
l’intensité de l’aide, jusqu’à ce
que votre chat apprenne à
tourner le gobelet lui même.
Maintenant vous pouvez
ajouter les autres gobelets et
les remplir les uns après les
autres ou tous en même
temps (sans les couvercles)
6. Une fois que votre chat
maitrise la technique pour
tourner les gobelets, vous
pouvez augmenter le niveau
de difficulté et mettre les
couvercles avec les trous.
Assurez vous que les
friandises pourront passer
dans les trous des couvercles!
7. Mettez assez de friandises
pour augmenter leurs chances
de tomber du couvercle grâce
aux trous, à chaque tour de
gobelet. Les chats vont
apprendre à tourner le
gobelet lentement et de façon
constante. Aidez le au début à
nouveau si votre chat ne
réussit pas après plusieurs
essais.
8. Progressivement, réduisez
l’aide que vous lui apportez.
Note de sécurité:
Tenez Turn Around debout avec
une main pour prévenir le risque
de basculement, au cas où votre
chat decide de se lever pour faire
tourner les gobelets.
A retenir:
Les chats ont une attention
courte et peuvent vite devenir
frustrés. Ils ont besoin de
beaucoup de motivation et de
succès frequents pour continuer
à jouer pendant une période
plus longue. Continuez à jouer
avec Turn Around par courtes

7. Sebbene il gatto abbia un
istinto giocherellone, a volte
se lo dimentica. In questi casi,
accompagnatelo nel gioco
con pazienza e gentilezza.
8. Alcuni gatti sono eccellenti
osservatori ed imitatori;
imparano molto bene
osservando.
Nota importante:
I gatti reagiscono in svariati
modi davanti ai giochi. Molti
animali si appassionano
immediatamente alla gamma
‘Cat Activity’, altri necessitano
di un po’ più di tempo per
abituarsi alle novità. Inizialmen-
te ignorano il gioco, ma poi
iniziano a studiarlo con
entusiasmo. Allo stesso tempo,
si può constatare che alcuni
gatti dedichino al gioco molto
tempo, energia e concentrazio-
ne, mentre altri preferiscano
svolgere brevi sessioni ma più
frequenti. Ricordatevi di dare al
vostro gatto il tempo di
scegliere come preferisce
giocare.

L’addestramento ha inizio
1. Inizialmente utilizzate un
solo bicchiere, affinché il
gatto si concentri solo su
quello (togliete gli altri due
dal gioco). Rimuovete anche
il coperchio.
2. Inserite le leccornie nel
bicchiere in presenza del gatto;
le deve vedere e ne deve
sentire il rumore. Ruotate il
bicchiere in modo che le
leccornie cadano lentamente
per terra tra i coni della base.
Attendete che il vostro gatto
le trovi e mangi. Riempite
nuovamente il bicchiere con
le leccornie e ricominciate il
gioco.
3. Se il gatto è impaziente e si
arrende facilmente, spargete
alcune leccornie tra i coni
della base. Questo serve per
dare al gatto un input positivo
verso il gioco Turn Around.
Prendete poi una lunga pausa
dal gioco.
4. Ricominciate il gioco
ruotando il bicchiere. Fatelo
fino a quando il gatto
cercherà di sforzarsi a farlo da
solo.
5. Riducete gradualmente la
quantità degli aiuti che
fornite, ruotando sempre
meno il bicchiere. Una volta
che il gatto avrà imparato a
farlo da solo, aggiungete più
bicchieri. Potete riempirli uno
alla volta oppure tutti
insieme (sempre però senza
coperchio).
6. Non appena il gatto avrà
capito la tecnica giusta per
girare i bicchieri, aumentate il
livello di difficoltà posizio-
nando i coperchi con i fori.
Assicuratevi che le leccornie
riescano a passare sempre
attraversi i fori!
7. Vi raccomandiamo di
riempire i bicchieri con tante
leccornie in modo da
aumentare la probabilità che
cadano ad ogni rotazione del
bicchiere. I gatti impareranno
a girare i bicchieri lentamente,
ma con intenzione. Aiutate
sempre l’animale se, durante
i primi tentativi, non fosse in
grado di svolgere l’esercizio
con successo.
8. Riducete lentamente i vostri
interventi. Il gatto diventerà
sempre più autonomo.
Nota di sicurezza:
Tenete ben fisso Turn Around
con una mano per evitare che si
rovesci! Alcuni gatti potrebbero
decidere di arrampicarsi sulla
struttura invece di tentare di
ruotare i bicchieri!!
Consiglio:
I gatti hanno una bassa soglia
d’attenzione e perdono la
pazienza facilmente. Hanno
bisogno di essere continuamen-
te motivati e di avere dei

Allgemeine Hinweise

futter statt Leckerlies
verwenden. Dies verhindert
die Überfütterung des Tieres
und macht die Mahlzeiten
zudem zu einem spannenden
Erlebnis für Ihre Katze.
3. Stellen Sie das Spielzeug an
einem Ort auf, an dem sich
Ihre Katze ungestört und
wohl fühlt.
4. Setzen Sie sich am besten
seitlich neben Ihre Katze und
beobachten Sie sie dezent
und ruhig. Bitte vermeiden
Sie es, Ihre Katze anzustarren.
Das kann sie stark hemmen.
5. Um zu motivieren, wählen
Sie anfangs Leckerlies, die für
Ihre Katze ganz besonders
attraktiv sind.
6. Helfen Sie Ihrer Katze
anfangs bei der Bewältigung
der Aufgabe, damit sie
motiviert bleibt. Es ist wichtig,
dass Ihre Katze – gerade zu
Beginn – relativ schnell
Erfolge erzielt, damit sie
etwas Positives mit dem Spiel
verbindet.
7. Obwohl Katzen über einen
natürlichen Spieltrieb
verfügen, haben manche
Tiere das Spielen nahezu
„verlernt“. Diesen Katzen
muss das Spielen geduldig
und behutsam wieder näher
gebracht werden.
8. Speziell Katzen sind hervor-
ragende Beobachter und
Nachahmer und können durch
Zusehen sehr gut lernen.
Wichtiger Hinweis:
Katzen reagieren ganz unter-
schiedlich auf neue Spielzeuge.
Viele Tiere spielen von Anfang
an hochmotiviert mit den „Cat
Activity“-Spielzeugen. Andere
müssen sich erst daran
gewöhnen. Sie ignorieren das
Spielzeug zunächst, um sich
dann später doch noch
begeistert damit zu beschäfti-
gen. Zudem gibt es Katzen, die
sich gerne über längere Zeit
konzentriert dem Spiel
widmen, während andere es
vorziehen, kürzer und häufiger
zu spielen. Welchen Weg Ihre
Katze auch wählt, lassen Sie ihr
Zeit, sich auf ihre individuelle
Weise mit dem Spiel auseinan-
derzusetzen.

Das Spiel kann beginnen
1. Nehmen Sie für die ersten
Spielversuche einen Becher,
sodass sich Ihre Katze nur
auf diesen konzentrieren
muss (die anderen beiden
vom Spiel abmontieren).
Nehmen Sie zusätzlich den
Deckel ab.
2. Füllen Sie für Ihre Katze gut
sicht- und hörbar einige
Leckerlies ein. Drehen Sie mit
dem Finger den befüllten
Becher bis einige Leckerlies
auf die Grundplatte mit den
Zapfen herunterfallen.
Warten Sie bis die Katze diese
Leckerlies erbeutet und
gefressen hat. Befüllen sie
das Drehelement erneut und
überlassen der Katze den
nächsten Drehversuch.
3. Zeigt Ihre Katze wenig
Geduld und gibt rasch auf,
streuen Sie wenige Leckerlies
zwischen die Zapfen der
Bodenplatte. So hat die
Katze als Abschluss eine
positive Erfahrung am Turn
Around. Halten Sie nun eine
längere Spielpause ein.
4. Beginnen Sie die nächste
Spielsitzung indem Sie bei
den allerkleinsten Drehver-
suchen der Katze am Dreh-
element mithelfen, indem
Sie den Becher ankippen.
5. Bauen Sie die Hilfen langsam
ab, bis die Katze sicher
gelernt hat das Drehelement
zu kippen. Sie können nun die
weiteren Becher anmontieren
und diese abwechselnd oder
alle (ohne Deckel) befüllen.
6. Beherrscht Ihre Katze die
Drehtechnik sehr gut, können
Sie die Schwierigkeitsstufe
erhöhen und die gelochten
Deckel aufschrauben. Stellen
Sie bei aufgeschraubtem
Deckel sicher, dass die
gewählten Leckerlies durch die
Deckelöffnungen passen!
7. Füllen Sie ausreichend
Leckerlies ein, um die Wahr-
scheinlichkeit zu erhöhen,
dass bei nahezu jedem Drehen
ein Leckerlie herausfällt. Die
Katzen lernen hier die Dreh-
elemente gezielt und
langsam zu drehen. Helfen
Sie anfangs wieder nach, falls
Ihre Katze nach wenigen
Versuchen keinen Erfolg hat.
8. Bauen Sie die Hilfe langsam
wieder ab.
Sicherheitshinweis:
Halten Sie, um ein Umkippen
zu verhindern, den Turn Around
mit einer Hand fest, falls Ihre
Katze sich bei den Drehversu-
chen auf die Stange hochstellt.

The game can begin
1. For the first attempt, use one

6. Once your cat has mastered
the technique of turning the
beakers, you can increase the
level of difficulty and put on
the lids with holes. Make sure
that the treats can fit through
the holes when using the lids!
7. Put in enough treats to raise
the chances of a treat falling
out with every turn of the
beaker. Cats will learn to turn
the beaker slowly and
purposefully. Help at the
beginning again, if your cat is
unsuccessful after a few tries.
8. Slowly reduce the amount of
help given.
Safety Note:
Hold Turn Around steady with
one hand to prevent it from
tipping over, in case your cat
decides to climb the stand in
order to turn the beakers.

Cats have a short attention
span and can easily become
frustrated. They require lots of
motivation and frequent
success in order to occupy
themselves with something over
longer periods of time. Keep
playing sessions with Turn
Around short, but play more
frequently. This will give your
cat great, successful experien-
