Introduction

Pre-requisites
For Bluetooth -enabled devices to
communicate with the motorcycle, they
must:
1. Be switched on.
2. Have sufficient battery charge to
generate wireless signals.
3. Have their Bluetooth functionality
turned on.
4. Be paired to the motorcycle.
5. Be connected to the motorcycle.
For the My Triumph Connectivity Module
to operate in the way described in this
Owner's
Handbook, the following
requirements must be satisfied:
• Audio
The rider’s headset must have a
Bluetooth connection to the
motorcycle. If the headset is not
successfully connected, the phone’s
default audio output will be used,
which the rider is unlikely to hear.
• Notifications
The My Triumph Connectivity
Module passes visible and audible
notifications from the connected
phone to the motorcycle. This
requires the phone to be set to
deliver notifications.
• Phonebook
For the Phonebook to operate
correctly, the phone must be set to
synchronise contacts.
To locate relevant settings on the
devices that you intend to connect,
refer to the user manuals provided for
them.
If the My Triumph Connectivity Module
or any of the connected devices do not
operate as expected, see page
35.
Note
Most of the My Triumph Connectivity
Module’s functions will operate when
the motorcycle is stationary or moving.
However, the motorcycle must be
stationary to pair, edit and unpair
devices, to read text messages in full,
and to access the full phonebook.
