Before Using the Fax Machine > Registering Destinations in the Address Book

Enter the address number.

Press the [

▲

], [

▼

] key or numeric keys to enter a particular Address Number (001-250).

Address Number is an ID for a destination.

Register the group.

Press the [

] key.

[Completed.] is displayed and the group is registered.

Editing and Deleting Address Book Entries

Edit and delete the destinations (contacts) you added to the Address Book.

Display the screen.

Press the [

System Menu/Counter

] key.

Press the [

] key to select [Edit Destination].

Press the [

Press the [
