Using Convenient Fax Functions > Encryption

Turn on encrypted reception.

Press the [

] key to select [Encryption RX].

Press the [

] key.

] key to select [On].

Press the [

] key.

Press the [

] key to select the encryption key number that you used to register the

encryption key that you decided upon with the sender.

] key. The machine receives the encrypted originals from the sender of the

specified encryption key.
