Troubleshooting

Turn the conveyor knob to the left to feed the paper
along to enable easy removal.

Close the open feed guides, and close the top and
front covers.

4,000-sheet Finisher (Option)

If a paper jam occurs in the optional 4,000-sheet finisher, follow the steps below to remove the jam.

Open the front cover 1.

Open conveyor guide (D1) and remove the jammed
paper.
