4. If the screen displays “Disconnect complete”, left image below, press the
Back
button. This Test is successful.
5. If the screen displays “Connection failed: Unknown”, right image below, press the
Back
button.
6. Select
Test
. Verify the correct phone number provided by the Host processor and re-enter the phone number.
Press the
Enter and Return
button.
7. If the error message, “Connection failed: Unknown”, persists, contact Triton Technical Support.
