Testing with HyperTerminal or Docklight

8. Using the mouse to click one terminal window into focus, any typed ASCII message will

be transmitted acoustically from one modem to the second modem. With the Master/

Slave modem configuration, multiple Slave modems can be connected and tested in

HyperTerminal with one Master modem. The Master modem ASCII message is broadcast

to all Slave modems in range and each Slave modem message is only received by the

Master modem.
