• Place, if required, the paper baking cups into the reservoirs.
• Prepare all necessary ingredients in advance (you can find some recipes
on the next pages in this manual) and fill the 4 muffin shapes till the
edge of the bottom plate. During the baking process the dough will
rise, so do not put too much dough in the shapes.
• Insert the plug firmly into the wall outlet. The red power light will
illuminate.
• Close the cover until it locks into place.
• After 3-5 minutes it is a good time to check the progress of the muffins.
• Slowly open the top cover by releasing the locking latch. Caution: avoid
touching the cooking surface. The surface is hot.
• Tip: muffins are done when a toothpick is inserted into the middle of
the muffin and it comes out clean and dry. Be sure to check all muffin as
different spots in the muffin maker may heat differently.
• Remove the prepared muffins from the cooking plates with a plastic
(non-metallic) and heat-resistant utensil.
• Add another batch of ingredients, or unplug the power supply cord
after cooking and allow the muffin maker to cool before moving or
storing the device.
• By using the muffin maker for more sessions in a row, allow the device
to cool down for 15 minutes after two sessions.
cLEaNINg aND maINTENaNcE
• This appliance requires little maintenance. It contains no user
serviceable parts. Do not try to repair it yourself. Let the repairs be
performed by qualified personnel if service is needed.
• Before cleaning always unplug the appliance from the power source
and wait until it cools down.
• For cleaning, there is no need to dismantle the appliance.
• Dry with a paper towel to absorb excess oils. Brush crumbs from the
grooves and wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Never immerse into
water.
• Avoid using sharp utensils, as they will scratch the surfaces. Do not use
cleansers or oven cleaners on the cooking plates. To clean the handles
and exterior, use a damp cloth with mild soap and dry with a towel.
• To store: unplug the appliance and store in a box and in a clean, dry
place. Never wrap the cord too tightly around the appliance.
• Do not put stress on the cord where it enters the appliance, as it could
cause the cord to fray and break.
