Before using your steam oven
Before using your steam oven for the first time, be sure to:
o
Read all of the instructions included in the manual.
o
Make sure that the oven is unplugged and the Time control is in the
“ OFF ”
position.
o
Wash the accessories in hot, soapy water or in the dishwasher, also remove
the rotisserie skewer and skewer clamps from the packing and wash these
in hot, soapy water.
o
Thoroughly dry all accessories and re-assemble in oven, plug oven into
outlet and you are ready to use your new steam oven.
o
After reassembling your oven, we recommend that you run it at the highest
temperature on the toast function for approximately 15 minutes to eliminate
any packing residue that may remain after shipping. This will also remove all
traces of odor initially present.
Please note: initial start-up operation may result in minimal smell and smoke:
this is normal and harmless. It is due to burning of the protective substance
applied to the heating elements in the factory.
Using your steam oven:
1.Temperature control: choose the desired temperature from 120 to 140
ºC
for
steam or oven
2.Function control: this oven is equipped with five position for a variety of
cooking needs:
Broil: upper heating element working
Bake: lower heating element working
Toast: upper heating element and lower heating element working
Off:
Steam: steam heating element working
3.Time control: when you turn the control to the right (clockwise). This function
has a bell rings at the end of the programmed time.
