[ 14] Coaxial digital Output (SPDIF)
A separate digital-analogue transducer can be attached at this BNC socket. Please make
sure that you attach and adjust the provided HF-terminal resistance to this socket, if you
don’t use this exit. This avoids radiating uncontrolled high frequency signals with this exit,
such as with a radio station, where it is possible that sensitive high frequency devices like
your UKW-Tuner or television could be disturbed.
3.3 The Remote Control
The IR-remote control Director is available as accessory for CD Player Prince
D ir e c t o r
The Director is a system remote control for all
Trigon
HiFi-components, which can be operated by
remote control.
The picture on the left shows all keys, which are relevant
for serving
Recall II,
in dark colour. These keys are
available during selection type CD-player .
The following functions of
Recall II
can only be
performed with the remote control:
- DISPLAY
With this key the display can be turned on/off
or dimmed
- + 10
With this key the 10th-keyboard is activated for the
lighting time of the LED.
- REPEAT
With this key the REPEAT-mode can be switched on
and/or off.
- MODE
With this key the program mode can be activated.
- STORE
This key stores the selected title.
- CLEAR
With this key the selected title can be deleted.
Which keys are relevant for these and all other functions,
please learn from the manual of the
Director
and the
following graphic.
The
Director
is a system remote control which is also
compatible to other
Trigon
HiFi devices .

Prince
can only be performed
with the remote control:

DISPLAY
With this key you enter the display menu for the setting of
the brightness and the display on/off mode.
After pressing this button the title display [7] shows the
letter “h” and the time display [9] shows the value of the
brightness.
With the keys [
I<< ] and [ >>I ] the brightness of the
display can be adjusted then. After this press the button
[
<< ] if you like to switch off the display. Press [ >> ] if
you like to light up the display. Until you have operated
this buttons you leave the display menu.
If the display is switched off, only the power on LED is
lighting. Mind you the display light up for a while every
time an operation occur.
To switch the display permanently on again, press the
DISPLAY
button and after it the button [ >> ].
