4. Mount the upper housing from the pump
unit of the FP4 BXXX-EXT.
Place the disassembled upper part on the
FP4 BXXX-EXT and press it onto the pump
unit.
Fasten the upper housing to the pump
unit by turning the retaining ring clockwise.
The retaining ring must click into place
when turned and must be completely tigh-
tened.
Carry out the work according to the above description.
If an error was displayed in the LCD before the cartridge was changed, the indicator
now disappears, as does the red LED which flashes every 5 seconds. A separate ack
-
nowledgement is not required. The green LED flashes briefly every 60 seconds.
After completion of this work, the FP4 B automatically returns to the last active mode
(ON or OFF) before the work.
If the empty cartridge level (error E1) has been reached during a dispensing cycle,
the cycle will be automatically interrupted and automatically continued after completion
of the work.
4. Mounting the lubricant cartridge
Place the filled lubricant cartridge on
the FP4 BXXX-EXT with the label facing
forwards.
Turn the lubricant cartridge clockwise onto
the FP4 BXXX-EXT.
The end position is reached after two
full rotations when the label of the lubricant
cartridge is aligned with the front of the FP4
BXXX-EXT.
