Dual Tweeter Models Continued:
Bipole Surround Mode
Used for surround speaker applications where a more diffuse sound fi eld is
desired compared to a direct radiating speaker. Tweeters are in phase and
typically aimed in opposite directions.
Dipole Surround Mode
Used for surround speaker applications where a very diffuse and enveloping
soundfi eld is desired. Tweeters are out of phase and typically aimed in opposite
directions.
