CAUTION:

TOOL BLOCK SET

In general the Counterbore Tool Block should lead the Bevel Tool Block.

INSTALLATION OF THE TOOL BITS

To select the appropriate Tool Bits refer to the 'Tool Bits' section of this manual to
help with your choice.

Use of a dull Tool Bit(s) or Tool Bit(s) not manufactured by TRI TOOL Inc.
may result in poor performance and may constitute abuse of this machine
and therefore voids the TRI TOOL Inc. factory warranty.

The three (3) Tool Blocks have been optimized for the various operations and to
reduce Tool Bit wear, thus the Tool Bit(s) must be installed in the correct Tool
Block(s).

Be sure that the Tool Bit(s) sits flush against the Slot and then tighten the Locking
Set Screws.

Be sure that the cutting edge of the Beveling Tool Bit is along the Radial Centerline
of the Headstock, advance into the cut.
