9. OPERATION
WARNING
WARNING: Keep the door of the control box closed. The system has high voltages
and this decreases the risk of serious injury.
9.1 CONNECT THE HYDRAULIC HOSES AND PENDANT
The quick disconnects on the hydraulic supply are pre-installed to match the
forward flow line on all TRI TOOL Inc. equipment with the female hose quick
disconnect being the forward or high pressure line.
1.
Connect the Operator’s Pendant to the 765RVC2.
2. Check the quick disconnects for contamination and clean if necessary.
3. Connect the hoses to the 765RVC2 and to the Hydraulic motor.
4. Make sure that the slide lock sleeves on the quick disconnects are fully
engaged.
5. Check that there is a minimum of 18 gallons (668 L) of hydraulic fluid in the
reservoir. Refer to Section 10. MAINTENANCE.
Add an additional 2.3 gallons (8.7 L) for every 100’ [12.7 m hose set) of 3/4”
(19 mm) diameter hose connected to the 765RVC2.
6. Make sure that the hydraulic oil shut off valve is in the open position.
7.
Connect the 765RVC2 to a Power Source.
8. Check the motor rotation to determine if the main power was reconnected
since the initial setup checks.
The motor rotation must be clockwise.
