If SOS is displayed on the screen, you won’t use the network
service. But you can dial the emergency call.
The phone asks for
entering lock code when
access a menu.
The menu you select has been locked, you must enter the correct
lock code, then to access (the default is 0000). See Menu Items
Lock Code option.
Make sure you have subscribed for this service; otherwise,
contact your network service provider.
Cannot send or receive
message.
The phone memory may be full. Delete some messages to free
memory.
Make sure the charger connector has been properly connected to
the phone.
Check the battery and charger contacts to make sure they are
clean and dry.
Check the battery temperature. To avoid charging the battery in
extreme temperature.
The battery cannot be
charged.
If the battery or charger is an old one, its performance will decline
after several years use. You must change a new one.
The phone switches
itself off.
Check the battery to make sure it is installed properly and
charged.
Make sure your phone is not set to silence mode.
Make sure you do not block the microphone.
The other party is
unable to hear what you
are saying.
Check if you are out of the network range.
The speaker volume is
too low.
Press the upper volume navigation key during a conversation.
