CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY
As part of the warranty, in Italy, Treesse will repair or replace faulty parts free of charge. However,
the purchaser availing of the warranty will not have the right to ask for dissolution of the contract,
compensation for damage and complete replacement of the product.
When the warranty expires, any request for support and the repairs will be charged. The
Authorized Technical Support Centre, contacted by the customer, will apply the effective
charges, approved by Treesse
The warranty does not cover the replacement/repair of all the parts that may get damaged
due to improper use, incorrect installation or maintenance, transport and any other causes that
cannot be directly attributable to product manufacturing defects.
Treesse denies all liability for any damage to persons, animals or property arising from failure to
comply with the requirements set forth in the manual for installation and maintenance of the product.
Any intervention performed in the absence of an obvious reasonable defect of the product, as well a
the installation, all expenses will be charged to the customer.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
The warranty is only valid if:
- The customer possesses the document proving the actual purchase date.
- Installation, use and maintenance comply with the regulations in force, the instructions provided and
the safety precautions recommended by the manufacturer.
WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
This slip guarantees, on behalf of Treesse, the product purchased for a period of:
_ 2 years for the parts made of SOLID SURFACE material
_ 2 years on the remaining parts sold supplied with the product (drain, siphon)
The warranty enters into force from the date of purchase; said date shall be certified by the
receipt or invoice, or any other document proving the purchase of the goods.
