In accordance with the provisions of Italian legislation in force with regard to
noise emissions, the employer must perform the measurements and the subsequent
evaluations of the level of noise emitted by the machine during its use within the
production unit in accordance with what is prescribed relating to employment by the
Consolidated Act on Occupational Health and Safety (Legislative Decree 81/2008 and
subsequent amendments and integrations): Title VIII physical Agents chapter II
