Air Tube Removal & Replacement
Use penetrating oil (WD-40™ or similar) on the bolts before removing them. Let the oil soak in for
several minutes before attempting to remove the bolts.
Front Air Tube = 21.2” (539mm)
Rear Air Tube = 19.5” (496mm)
Loosen this bolt 2 or 3
turns (do not remove).
Note how the center of the air tube pin
inserts into a hole on the air tube.
3/8" Wrench
With the bolt loosened the air tube can
be slid out of the air channel.
The pin will then disengage from the air tube
(you may wish to rotate the tube slightly).
Pivot the air tube downwards and slide it out of
the air channel on the opposite side.
