3. Use the cleaning tool to scrape away hardened clinkers or buildup on the fire platform. Use the narrow

tip to clear any plugged holes. The fire platform must be free from buildup for the pellets to burn
completely.

4. Brush away flyash around the fire platform using the brush included with the stove. The flyash will fall

into the ashpan below.
