Overview 

This manual details the installation requirements for 
the 864 HO NB GSR2 fireplace.  For operating and 
maintenance instructions, refer to the 864 HO NB 
GSR2 Owner's Manual (part # 100-01411). 

 

Listing Details 

This appliance was listed by Intertek Test Labs to 
ANSI Z21.88. The listing label is attached to the 
appliance near the gas control valve.  A copy is 
shown to the right. 

 

Massachusetts Approval 

This manual has been submitted to the
