INTERNALLY ROUTED DROPPER POST AND DROP BAR LEVER
INTERNAL CABLE ROUTING DROPPER POST INSTALLATION
Place saddle rails into clamp,
adjust angle and fore/aft
position per bike fit, tighten
bolts with 5mm Allen wrench to
8-10Nm.

Route the housing from
handlebar dropper lever location
along or through downtube and
up through the seat tube making
sure that there is enough
housing to reach from base of
installed dropper post.

Assemble housing, housing end
cap, cable head nut and inner
shifter cable as shown and slide
cable into the housing.

Insert cable head nut into
dropper post actuator. Pull
actuator rod and insert
cable through slot. Set
cable housing into the
bottom of housing stop on
actuator.

Install dropper post into seat
tube by inserting post slowly
and pulling the housing in the
same direction, keeping the
housing set into the cable
housing stop. Tighten seat tube
clamp to manufacturer's
recommended torque
specification.
