INTERNALLY ROUTED DROPPER POST AND DROP BAR LEVER
DROP BAR LEVER INSTALLATION
Remove left hand bar tape to expose bare
handlebar and cable housing / wiring for
proper clamp placement.

Pull cable tight and
tighten cable fixing bolt
to 2Nm with a 3mm
Allen wrench.

Push the lever 5-10 times to make sure the
cable housing is fully seated and to check for
play in the cable. NOTE: If there is play in the
lever/cable, loosen cable fixing bolt with
3mm Allen wrench and pull cable tight a
second time. For micro adjustment, use the
in-line adjuster rotary ferrule on the lever
where the cable enters.

Cut cable and crimp
cable end in place.
Position dropper lever on
bar under the brake/shift
lever, with lever to inside of
bar towards bike and clamp
in place to a maximum
torque of 2Nm.

Insert cable originating at
dropper post through
in-line adjuster rotary
ferrule, through the short
piece of attached housing
and into the lever.
