General Information
General
ALL phases of this installation must comply with NATIONAL, STATE AND LOCAL CODES. Installer
must mark unit nameplate with Heater Information per instructions on nameplate.
Note:
If digit 9 in the unit model number equals "E" (Electro Mechanical Control), accessory relay
BAY24X042 is required if the thermostat does not energize the fan circuit in the heating
mode. See
Figure 1
for wiring information.
Inspection
1.
Unpack all components of the kit.
2. Check carefully for any shipping damage. If any damage is found it must be reported
immediately and a claim made against the transportation company.
3. Check the heater nameplate model number and compare with

. Ensure that the available power supply and unit's
model number complies with the particular heater being used.
