Read and Follow Safety Instructions
Always wear a helmet
Routine maintenance and a full system check should be performed before every ride.
If you detect a problem, do not ride the vehicle until it has been serviced and repaired.
Engine
Check for leaks, check fuel, oil
and coolant levels.
Fuel, engine oil, cooling liquid, and other
mediums are at correct levels with no sign
of leaking; clean empty filters periodically
Steering organization
Flexible with no blockage
Each linking drag pole, ball head and
locking nut are tightened.
Brake
Brake fluid is at the correct
level, brake pedal is smooth;
brakes work when pressed
Tire
Air pressure, thread, no signs
of damage.
Tire pressure:
Front tires: 21PSI
Rear tires: 28PSI
Thread depth no less than 1.6mm
Lights
Lamp covers, bulbs, signals
and horn
Lamps, signals, auxiliary switches and fuses
Battery
Check fluids in cell
(if applicable)
If applicable, add only distilled water to the
recommended levels on the battery. Do not
attempt to service maintenance free battery.
Dashboard Display
Display is normal and correct
Cargo Box & Winch
Work normally
Transmission
Secured, bolts tightened
properly, no missing bolts
