Adjust the MilaMai to suit the size of your child. Join the 
buckle elements of the belt strap and those of the shoul-
der straps together without crossing or twisting either of 
them.

See position 1 of the adjustments prior to wear on page 5. 

Place the waist strap around your waist so that the head-
rest of the raised back panel is on the outside. Close the 
buckle of the waist strap until you hear a distinct click and 
tighten the belt strap. 

Bring your child into a spread-squat position above the 
waist strap.

Hold the baby firmly with one hand. Raise the back panel 
and put it around the baby.
