OPERATION
The TRL-A4 is operated by a rocker switch located at the right side of the appliance. There is one switch,
Cold/Off /Hot
1. Plug the machine into a suitable power supply outlet.
2. Switch to Cold (I) position to connect the power and start with cold lamination, the LED will light up
Blue, the power is on and ready for cold lamination;
If switching to Hot (II) position, the LED also will light up Blue, the machine will start to heat up. After
3-5 minutes, the Orange READY LED will illuminate when the machine has reached the correct opera-
ting temperature. The machine is ready to laminate.
3. Prepare the laminating pouch for inserting into the machine. Load the paper centrally into the pouch
alongside the pre-sealed edge. Do not use pouches thicker than 250 (2x125micro per side)
4. When the machine has reached operating temperature, you may insert the pouch (sealed edge fi rst)
squarely into the machine until it engages with the rollers. Never insert a pouch open edge fi rst into
the machine.
5. The pouch will move through the machine and exit at the rear.
6. During the process the READY light may go out as heat is absorbed by the laminating pouch. This is
normal case, and the after a few seconds the READY will light up again;
7. Turn the laminator OFF (O) after use.
8. Remove the plug from the power supply.
LAMINATION INSTRUCTION
1. Take out product from color box, then put on desk .
2. There are one switche and two LED lights
Cold/Off /Hot switch - It is to switch on or off the power supply or to choose cold or hot lamination
Off position: switch off the power supply
Cold position: to start cold lamination
Hot position: to start hot lamination
Blue LED, referring that the power is well connected and ready for cold lamination;
Orange LED - Ready for hot lamination
3. Cold Lamination
Switch to cold position, Blue Power LED is on all the time, cold lamination can start without waiting.
4. Hot Lamination
Switch to Hot position, it takes 3-5 minutes to warm up. When Orange LED is on, it is ready for hot la-
mination. Pouches accepted range from Credit card size up to A4 size, thickness from 80 to 125 micron
per side, max lamination thickness is 0.6 mm;
