9. FUNCTION

1. Cooling operation

Room temperature setting range is 61 ~ 90˚F (16 ~ 32˚C).
Room temperature indication range is 32 ~ 122˚F (0 ~ 50˚C).
State of operating is as shown below.

A. When the room temperature is 2˚F (1˚C) higher than the setting temperature, the compressor operates at

least for 150 seconds.
If the room temperature drops 2˚F (1˚C) lower than the setting temperature, the compressor stops.

B. For protection of the compressor, it will not restart at least for 150 seconds after it has stopped.

C. In the condition that the Setting tempe2˚F (+1˚C) > Room temperature > Setting temperature -2˚F

(–1˚C), the compressor operates for more than 150 seconds.
If the room temperature drops more than 2˚F (1˚C) from the setting temperature, the compressor stops.

D. When the room temperature is 2˚F (1˚C) lower than the setting temperature, the compressor will not start.

E. The fan will operate at the selected fan speed.

2. Dehumidifying operation

When the room temperature is lower than 77˚F (25˚C) (setting temperature), the unit enters in the dehumidifying
operation.
