7. DISASSEMBLING
WARNING
•
Make sure to disconnect the power source before disassembling the unit.
•
Carefully disassemble the unit. Do not touch evaporator and condenser directly or you may cut or injure your
hands.
CAUTION
•
Do not touch the compressor, the discharge pipes, or any parts that may be subjected to high temperature,
before the temperature becomes low or with the use of protect gloves.
1. Remove two (2) screws from the top plate (No. 19).
2. Peel off slightly at both sides of the seal stuck of operation panel on the top plate and remove two (2) screws.
3. Removing fourteen (14) screws from the back of rear panel (No. 20), remove the rear panel.
4. Remove three (3) screws each from the back and one (1) screw each from the side bottom of right/left side
panels (No. 22 and No. 23); total eight (8) screws.
5. Remove the operation panel form the top plate (No. 19). (Since it is locked with the claw at the top, lift it
upward to remove.
Caution: Separate at the plastics section with care not to damage the PCB.)
6. Remove three (3) screws from the top plate. Remove then the top plate by lifting it upward.
7. Tilting the product backward, remove two (2) screws from the bottom of front panel (No. 17).
8. In this condition, you can remove the front panel and the right/left side panels simultaneously.
9. If it is necessary to remove the right/left side panels from the front panel, they can be removed by removing
two (2) screws from the back of unit.
