Apply the 1 7/8”(48mm) mylar strips at the
edge of the hood in the area of the eight
bracket locations. (Fig. 2-3)
Note: Mylar tape shall wrap around the edge of
the hood and cover 15 mm of the top and the rest
on bottom of the hood surface.

BRACKET INSTALLATION: Each bracket
is marked accordingly. I = Inner; Mid =
Middle; Out= Outer Edge. (Fig. 2-4)

For the Inner brackets, they are to
be installed between the hood and
the rubber weather strip seal. (Fig.
2-5)

Insert and snap the SQUARE nylon
insert over the bracket and into the
hood. (Fig. 2-6)
